MATERNITY BENEFIT


Brief Description:

Financial Assistance of Rs. 5100/- shall be given to the spouse of registered beneficiary women employee after the delivery of child.

Condition/Eligiblity:

    • 1. The beneficiary should be working in the Establishment, registered under Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965 and his contribution towards labour welfare fund should regularly been received in Board.

    • 2. The above financial assistance will be given on production of birth certificate issued by competent authority. not be entertained on getting compartment in any of the subject.

    • 3. The applicant should apply for maternity benefit within three months from the date of delivery.

    • 4. Any beneficiary will be eligible to avail benefit of the scheme only after 06 months of becoming the beneficiary member of the Board at least for last six months.

    • 5. This financial assistance will be given for maximum of two deliveries.

    Note:   In case of delayed submission of forms, Worthy Welfare Commissioner may condone the delay period
